Posted by: pressable | Posted on: November 4, 2025Bunbury resident Lucy Nell has had amazing performances at the 2025 WA All Schools Athletics Championships.
She has won the U15 girls 100m just one hour after winning silver in the 400m (won by her stable mate London Rakanui) and also won the 200m gold the following day. Taking home the title of "fastest U15 school girl in Western Australia".
Two and a half months later Lucy adds to that title and wins 4 gold medals in the 100m, 200m, Long Jump and 400m at the 2026 WA Country Championships held in tough windy conditions at Albany. Becoming a rural superstar.
This season she has also been part of the state record breaking U16 4x1000m Swedish and 4x100m golds won at the 2025/26 WA State Athletics Relay Championships by the Perth Track & Field / Sprinting Fast team.
