Bannister breaks centre records

U14 Baldivis Little Athletics athlete Campbell Bannister has broken 8 centre records in one season.
The first was the 200m sprint recording a time of 25.63 then it was the 90m hurdles record that fell in a performance of 14.18 seconds. The 200m hurdles record was next broken in 28.55 seconds and the javelin followed throwing a 25.95m PB. He also broke the 200m hurdles record again in a time of 27.75 seconds which was a PB and a sprintingfast.com/records. Campbell also holds Sprinting Fast records in the 60m 7.82 (+1.2) and 200m 24.66 (+0.8).
He then broke the 200m and 90m hurdles again on the 10/02/2024. He wants to also break the 100m centre record in the near future.
Campbell is the 2023 WA state championship U13 bronze medalist in the 200m and joined Sprinting Fast in January 2023. He has recorded personal bests in all his athletics events since. At his 2024 centre championships in Baldivis he won 6 gold medals, 2 PB's, Runner up U14 champion boy & won senior athletes champion boy!
