Willow sets record No.2

Willow Sloss has broken the WA 100m record for 11 year old's (the former U12 category, now U13) with a performance of 12.60 with a legal +1.3 tailwind.

The previous record of 12.63 was held by Mina Cho (with no wind reading) recorded at the 2024 state championship. Willow has had three 100m runs at the WA Athletics Stadium this season so far recording 13.11, 12.88 and now 12.60.

This is the second state record held by Willow. She also holds the 70m record of 10.10 set in March 2024.
